Zenit Infrastructure Solutions 2025 roundup!

2025 has been another great year for Zenit. We’ve enhanced our service level even further, upgraded our internal processes, and added more skills and solutions through staff training and development. Best of all, we’ve had fun while doing it! Here are some Zenit highlights from 2025…
Systematising our operations to improve efficiency and delivery
In 2025 we started overhauling and upgrading all our operational systems. We’ve got a new Monday.com system in development that will improve efficiency and collate all our workflows on one system.
It will also help us automate large areas of our systems to remove obstacles and ensure there are fewer human failure points in our work. With the new system, the work can continue when people are on leave and jobs don’t grind to a halt because a single person can’t get to it.
In other words, we’re able to do more with less and the impact is already clear. Clients are getting more work in shorter timeframes than ever before from Zenit. Look out for this continuing in 2026 and the benefits for you getting even more significant.
Upskilling our team so we can give our clients even more value
Our team are the heart of Zenit and we invested in their development over 2025. Upskilling is important for our people personally and also good for clients as we bring more functions in house.
A great example of this is we now do design and estimating ourselves so we no longer outsource any elements of the tender process. Liberty Hesford, our Pre-Construction Coordinator, is mastering CAD and contributing designs for tenders already. We’re not reliant on external teams with different approaches to quality and timekeeping and can ensure quality levels are maximised across the board.
That means slicker pricing for our clients. You get more without the cost increasing because our margins and overheads haven’t gone up despite the fact we are offering an expanded service. Efficiency gains at Zenit are passed on to you.
It also means we are delivering on our commitment to offer our team greater opportunities. By keeping the team small, there’s more space for each individual to grow and develop without being held back like people can be in massive organisations with huge headcounts. We don’t do dead ends for staff at Zenit and we’ll keep proving that in the future.
Offering more at quotation stage – details and risks
Finally, we’ve redesigned our quote templates to serve our clients better and provide greater detail at scoping and every stage of the works. We also provide a comprehensive risk register at tender stage laying out the potential risks from high to low.
Every risk comes with a suggested solution so we’re not just presenting you with a list of problems. It turns our quotes into an early warning system so clients are aware of potential variations ahead of time. It helps to ensure those variations aren’t financially ruinous for the project.
Feedback has been extremely positive, with one client saying recently they’d never seen so much detail in a quote in their whole career.
The best year so far for Zenit!
2025 has without doubt been the best year to date for Zenit. The company’s identity and brand is recognised throughout the industry and the hard work put in by the whole team is really paying off. Repeat business, referrals from happy clients and more new work than ever tell the story.
We’ve taken more control of our projects and it’s paid off big time. Even our new office reflects the way the company has grown. We started out in a bedroom and now we’ve got a proper space in Manchester city centre that suits us down to the ground.
We’re busier than ever and keep coming up with new ideas forwhat to do next. We never stagnate at Zenit, but even by our standards this year has been a banger.
Here’s to an even better 2026!
