Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy

Statement

The Modern Day Slavery Act 2015 (The Act) specifies that all businesses with an annual turnover of £36 million or more should produce an annual slavery and human trafficking statement.

Although Zenit does not fall into this category, it recognises that slavery and human trafficking raises serious concerns within our society. The Company therefore acknowledges its responsibility contained in The Act and will identify its obligation by alerting staff to the risks, however small, in its business and in the wider supply chain.

This Policy considers, and supports, the policies, procedures and requirements documented within its Works Management System (WMS). The implementation and operation of this management system underlines its commitment to this policy statement and procedures ensure that this policy is understood and communicated to all levels of the company and that it is regularly reviewed by the Management to ensure its continuing suitability and relevance to the company activities.

The Company is committed to ensuring there is no modern day slavery or human trafficking in any part of our business and will not support or deal with any business knowingly involved in slavery or human trafficking.

As part of the company’s due diligence process into slavery and human trafficking the supplier approval process will incorporate a review of the checks undertaken by the supplier. Imported goods from outside the UK and EU are potentially more at risk for slavery/human trafficking issues and as such the management controls required for these sources will be more diligent.

A copy of this policy is accessible to all employees and can be obtained from the management upon request.

This policy statement will be reviewed annually.

This policy applies to all those employed by Zenit Infrastructure Solutions Limited (The Company).
